FOR INJURED PERSONS AND FAMILY MEMBERS: If you or a loved one believe you may be the victim of medical malpractice, what we do is not what you need. You should contact an attorney immediately. Your state’s bar association can refer you to attorneys specializing in personal injury, nursing home abuse, or medical malpractice.

FOR PATIENTS: Seattle Surgical Consultants does not engage in the practice of medicine. If you or a loved one needs medical/surgical attention, you should contact your physician immediately or present to the nearest medical facility for evaluation.

Access to, use of, and/or browsing of the website is provided subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By accessing, using, and/or browsing of the website, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement contains warranty disclaimers and other provisions that limit the Owner's liability to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and in their entirety, as using, accessing, and/or browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. No physician-patient relationship.

The presentation of content, posts, or response to posts on the website does not establish a physician-patient relationship between you (or someone else) and the Owner, contributors, or any other individuals. The website is an internet-based forum and information submitted is not private or confidential, nor is it protected by physician-patient privilege, as it may be read, collected, and used by others.
